Donn L. Calkins, Esq.

     Mr. Calkins holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Colorado in Boulder and is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law.  Since beginning practice in 1996, Mr. Calkins has specialized in environmental and real property law.  He has extensive experience in environmental tort and CERCLA litigation and UST cleanup project management.  He regularly practices in the fields of RCRA and CAA compliance, wetlands mitigation, regulation of mining, and other local, state, and federal environmental compliance matters.  Mr. Calkins also actively practices in the area of real estate law, including landlord-tenant, evictions, property transfers, and real property litigation.
